Mint Chocolate Heaven

If you love chocolate chip cookies and you love mint chocolate chip ice cream...this is the recipe for you! I made these for this past St. Patrick's Day and it was all I could do not to even ALL of them! Not to mention my house smelled amazing!

Some of the ingredients may seem like you would never be able to find them (at least I thought I would have a problem, but I was able to find everything at Target! I will say I am not sure of the next time I will be using mint extract....so I'm open to suggestions!)
